WinDS-Pro ist ein praktisches Emulatorenpaket, welches Emulatoren für GameBoy, GameBoy Color, GameBoy Advance und Nintendo DS enthält. Auch mit dabei sind einige Tools wie z.B. myZoom, welches es erlaubt, die Größe des No$GBA-Fensters zu ändern. An den Emulatoren und Tools selbst wurden zudem einige Änderungen gegenüber dem Original vorgenommen. So ist es unter anderem nun möglich, mittels Rauschunterdrückung nervige Soundfehler im No$GBA zu vermeiden.
